Wanted to let everyone know we will be starting war up on february 14th. This will be furst day of free agent to start. Make sure u have all yoyr roster moves done by february 12th.

Any idea when all the official rosters will be complete and updated on profsl?

It looks like there have been a lot of invalid roster additions made. 

The roster players were as of 1 July 2019.  That means no 2019 J2 players and no signings like Tsutsugo and Dominguez.

Owners rosters are determined by team rosters as of 7/1/19 actual MLB rosters with all contracts grandfathered as is into WAR.
