There has been a lot of activity during this off-season and it’s been quite remarkable. Some robust bidding on free agents—veterans and prospects—and a large number of trades.
I am requesting the following as a small favor from all of you to help expedite roster changes:
1: Please list the players position when requesting any sort of change to your ProFSL roster.
2: When you post a trade, it helps if you list which team is trading which player in this format (along with any cash exchanges). Along with that, list the position of the players involved like this:
Giants trade:
SP Bumgarner, Madison, $8.5m (2021)
Marlins trade:
RP Baez, Pedro, $0.5m (2020)
3: Any changes you make on Fantrax, MiLB to MLB or MLB to MiLB, must be noted by a post on the Transactions Board. Your ProFSL and Fantrax Rosters should always be in sync. It is quite time consuming to synchronize your rosters when I notice a discrepancy.
4: I really appreciate it when you alert me to roster errors. Things sometimes get by me, so if you notice something is off, please let me know so I can correct it asap. This could be via a PM or a post on the Transactions Board.
These are minor things, but they will help me make sure everything is in order, and that’s good for all of us. We’re still looking to fill the Marlins vacancy, so any recruitment help would also be much appreciated.
