2020 cap exceeded

All transactions are frozen until cap compliant.
Any trade must be to reduce 2020 cap, get under 2020 cap or will be vetoed.
No FA may be signed including prospects.
No extensions may be given.


Any matchup is forfeit until roster is legalized,
