Title: 60 Day IL
Post by: ldsjayhawk on October 25, 2022, 12:37:03 AM
Just wanted to call this to everyone's attention.  In MLB, there is no injury lists during the offseason.  Anyone who is on the 60 day IL at the end of the season has to have a corresponding move to either remove or reinstate them on the 40 man roster.

Considering this, all players on the IL must be placed back on the roster or released based on this rule:
"Once they are activated and removed from the 60 Day Injured List by their respective MLB team, the ProFSL GM of the that particular player, must open up a roster spot for him to reinstated or drop him."

I have verified that all players that were on the IL have a roster spot to go to and roster adjustments have been made on the spreadsheet as such.  I will make a note in the rule, but please note this for the future.
