Giants trade:
OF Dixon, Jasiah, $0.5m (P-n/a)
MI Koss, Christian, $0.5m (P-n/a)
OF Bradley, Jackie, $4m (2021)
White Sox trade:
RP Moronta, Reyes, $0.5m (P-2021)
CI Duffy, Matt, $0.5m (2020)
SP Tropeano, Nick, $0.5m (2020)
RP Strahm, Matthew, $0.5m (P-2020)
In Flash's quest to get every single SF player both past and present laid the ground work to get this trade done. I like Moronta a lot, but he is hurt and will probably be out most of this season. Duffy is without a home so he is expendable to me. Tropeano is now a Yankee and therefor must be banished from my team. I don't like to give up on Strahm, but he was needed to get this deal done.
I like both of the specs I am getting back and Bradley is a serviceable OF. As a Sox fan I really don't like Bradley, but he is super streaky and can be easily played as such in fantasy if you watch all the sox games like I do. I have a feeling that OF free agency is going to get super stupid so it makes sense to do this deal at a very reasonable cost. Hopefully this trade works out for both teams now and in the future. Thanks Flash for the easy talks my friend. :toth:

The Giants are rolling the dice here and hoping for some good spins on the Fantasy Wheel. The players gained are question marks, but all are on expiring contracts and hopefully, they all have a resurgence of sorts during the upcoming season.
Reyes Moronta probably won’t be back on the mound until August, but he was a premier RP prior to his injury and the Giants, both in FGM and MLB, are counting on a Will Smith type recovery. Matt Duffy is a low risk/reward player because he is productive when healthy and only 29. Hopefully he gets healthy, signs with another MLB team, and gets back the magic during the upcoming season. Matt Strahm and Nick Tropeano are both RPs who could get some use as SPs, so their value could increase during the season
Christian Koss and Jasiah Dixon were late round finds, who like all late round picks have potential—but, who knows.... Jackie Bradley, at $4.0m (2021), is a serviceable OF, but was given up in an effort to get some pitching help and a little cap relief.
