Title: Rockies/Astros Trade

Rockies trade:

Luke Raley 1B/CF/OF SEA 0.5MM in 2024, 3.0MM 2025-2028

Astros trade:

Josue Briceno C DET prospect
Luis Baez OF HOU prospect
Barrett Kent SP LAA prospect

Rockies approve.  I've got good OF depth at the MLB level, and really like the upside from the prospects I'm getting in the deal.

If the trade gets approved, I will drop the following prospects to make room:

Aaron Palensky OF NYY prospect
Isaac Coffey SP BOS prospect
