I can't understand this rule at all.  In the long run it just creates additional work because I'll just have to drop someone else now, but I still want to drop De La Cruz, so I'll just have to do that after 5/19 and then will fill that spot as well.  :doh: :doh:

Go ahead and drop Robert Puason to create space.
