  • Scalious: Speaking of funny. I'm not sure what to make of the Dodgers buyout in ML. I was working under the assumption you can't defer money beyond the contract length.

  • Jonathan: Scal, is that a legal move in ML, because its hard to tell in the rules.
  • cjbeckel: Scals, in reference to the buyouts in ML the rule page doesn't really speak on deferring past the contract length.  It just states the the two buyout types.  Was there a president set in the past?  Maybe we can adjust the rulebook
    Today at 12:01:47 AM
  • Jonathan: I don't ever remember buyouts in the past. I think this is new.
  • Scalious: Being as the reitirment discount speficies you can't beyond contract lenght. I think Nick never intended for any type of buyout to be able to defer money
    Today at 12:03:32 AM
  • Scalious: Defer money beyond contract lenght. Though he never worded it as such. I PM'd about it. Its his call.

  • Orange Country: I texted nick

  • scottnva: ugh i am with tim watson whatever happened to the simple leagues =, lol, seriously if i need to spend time figuring out buyouts i better be getting a paycheck!

  • cjbeckel: Good point Scals. We'll see what he says.
