« on: February 21, 2013, 05:15:48 PM »
The Boston Celtics acquired guard Jordan Crawford from the Washington Wizards for guard Leandro Barbosa and center Jason Collins.

Decent pick up for the Celtics, Crawford will get minutes in Boston and he has proven if he gets minutes he produces.  Celtics gave up expiring contracts so they gave nothing to get him.

Looks like it pushes Courtney Lee more out of the picture.

Prob not, they will use Crawford as a scorer when needed, his D, long  range shooting, and passing suck, he will get 15-20 min a night at best.

dude the only thing that he sucks at is defense. hes pretty solid at passing. doc will turn him into a better player on both ends. defense is 80% effort/desire

He's not horrible, just below average on most stats for his position.  I hate it when people say that defense is 80% effort, so any 7 footer in the world can be 80% of Dwight Howards D if they just try hard?

I am glad that Crawford is out of Washington. I felt he had no chance there with Wall and Beal at the Guard spots.

He will thrive in Boston especially next year when Rondo is back if Crawford is still there.

perimeter players are different than post players 1st of all. and also thats not a very good example. but why do you think avery bradley is one of the best defenders? why is he able to guard small forwards like luol deng and andre iguodala who are 5-6 inches taller? its despite his size, and its because he is gritty and puts more effort into it than anyone. size matters a lot more in the post...

Jordan Crawford been lighting it up in Boston, um not.  he's one of the worst coached players I've seen in a while.  He doesn't know how to play basketball, he's a 1 on 1 player.
