10 or 12 teams?

With blankzy joining us, we now have 10 active GMs and posting of new topics in the transactions forum ends in about a week.  Should we just cut the league at 10 teams or hope that two of the following four inactive sign-ups wake up and join us?

Daniel = $350 (has not bid yet)
mrmetsman = $350 (has not bid yet, resigned)

It's clear they won't bid. Maybe someone else will?

My proposal is - as documented in the other thread - to remove the 5 leading bids limitation from Bankzy and potential future newbies. They're late anyway, don't punish them.

And why exactly do you need to fix the number of teams now?

I cant see any reason not to just have 10. Adding 2 more will be hectic with only 1 week of bidding remaining

Let's make it 10 then...  Tyler, I will update Fantrax to remove the two other teams.  Can you update the FAAB to remove those names from the bottom and send a PM that the league is full and they are unfortunately not in the league anymore?
