Thoughts?

I honestly like the major better since that is what majority of us all follow, but I am game for either.

I'd prefer to not have exclusive rights to a player that you have on your college team when they declare for the draft.

Doesn't really make it fair if a team has the top team but gets exclusive rights to a top 5 drafted player just because they are on your college team
CCD 2012-13 7th Seed in West/Lost in 2nd round
CCD 2013-14 5th Seed in West/Lost in 1st Round
CCD 2014-15 2nd Seed in West/Lost in West Finals

PG- Tyus Jones/D.J. Augustin/Shaun Livingston (SG)
SG- Kent Bazemore (SF)/Solomon Hill (SF)
SF- Justice Winslow/Kelly Oubre Jr./Rondae Hollis-Jefferson
PF- Kristaps Porzingas/Miguel Williams (SF)
C- Karl-Anthony Towns/Darrell Arthur (PF)
D-League- Jonas Jerebko/Brandon Bass/Montrezl Harrell/Christian Wood/Robert Upshaw

I agree, then there is no point to a rookie draft.
