Rollover Reminder

This is a reminder to all teams that the cap rollover deadline is the beginning of the NBA regular season.  I will check through some teams next week and remind them if they should take advantage of this rule.  I will also do this for teams without GMs.

The season starts later tonight, so it's decision time

waive 3 players:
- Trey Thompkins ($0.5M => no penalty)
- Marcus Denmon ($0.5M => no penalty)
- Damion James ($1.5M, 2y => $1.5M total penalty, which we'll pay right away)

Thompkins still seems very raw, and Denmon is already injured, but Damion's situation is particularly frustrating. He's just been released by real-life , although his perimeter defence and rebounding skills are exactly what they need from that bench unit. Pretty inconceivable.

That brings us to 73.2 - 0.5 - 0.5 - 1.5 + 1.5 = $72.2M total needed this season, thus allowing to roll over $2.8M.

As a result, our final yearly caps are 72.2, 75, 68.8, 65.

Thompkins, Denmon, and James have now been dropped.

Colby we'll take care of salary cap adjustments (penalties and roll-over) since he does the financial parts of the league.

I swore I processed the financial side of this.  Billy, please edit the Nets' salary cap (go to EDIT TEAM INFO) to be equal to 70.7.  This takes into account the rollover and cap hit from earlier in the season.  Sorry for the delay Garfield.
