He is unable to be signed until the Season is over. Any J2 guys aren't available until the offseason following the season they were signed in.

That is correct he will be available at the beginning of free agency in the upcoming offseason. As well as any other amateurs signed between now and the end of the season

Yes. The way to think of it is that any players that only become eligible to be signed by a MLB organization in July cannot be signed in AFB until the offseason.

People of a certain "maturity" have seen them all. I consider "A League of There Own" to be a baseball movie. The line "There is no crying in baseball" is iconic. Tom Hanks is brilliant.
