Franchise NHL has a new Commisioner

Folks,

I am happy to announce that I will be taking over Commissioner duties here on Franchise NHL.

Hockeyfreak6000, joeshmoe and hockeyfreak47 will be assisting me with getting this league back up and running.

I would like to finalize discussions on our salary cap and roster settings for next season, and propose and vote on a few minor rule changes, then start the draft - hopefully - on July 22nd, and we can begin FA on 8/5.

I will be PMing everyone to let them know this league will be back strong for the 2012-2013 season. Feel free to leave your thoughts, comments or suggestions for the upcoming season below.
