NFC East did good in general. I am biased but I still like what Carolina did even tho they didnt draft a DT.

I ended up being happier than I thought I would have been with :MIA: with that said I was very unhappy..

the good
Jonathan Martin..1st rd OT in the 2nd rd
Lamar Miller..the 2nd rated RB on many rankings..got him in the 4th

the bad
Ryan Tannehill..8th overall is too soon to take a "project QB"
Michael Egnew TE..yeah we need a TE, but why not take Orson Charles??

ILB Luke Kuechly - I am very happy with this pick. Davis can't be counted on and he can play OLB or ILB and Beason can play both as well. I do see Carolina trying out a 3-4 this year with what they did in the draft.

G Amini Silatolu - Initally I was upset about this pick, but after I started reading more about him the more I liked it. They need some protection on the line for Newton and the running game (Williams, Stewart, Tolbert)

DE Frank Alexander - He looks like a proto-typical LB-DE hybrid and good in a 3-4. He is fast off the edge, which if 3-4 happens, is a good thing.

WR Joe Adams - A huge need for them. I am happy he fell down into the 4th after we traded up to get him. He is smaller (5'11", I think) but he will be help to Smith and Gettis.

CB Josh Norman - Another big need. Looks like he has the potential to be a starter (but thats not hard in Carolina  )

P Brad Nortman - I just dont like taking P and K in the draft as majority of them go undrafted.

DB D.J. Campbell - Just helping the atrocious secondary we had.

I tend to think your Panthers, could have done better drafting a CB or WR with that 1st pick..said it for months..Alshon Jeffery would have been a good fit

I hear Jeffrey did really bad at the interview. I think it would have been a reach to take him at 9 overall. I really thought they would take a DT or CB with that first pick. Their LB will be very strong tho.

see I thought Kuechly was a bit of a reach where they took him..either way, they will be stout at LB
