OKC-BOS trade

OKC trades:
Steven Adams (27.5m, 2021, OKC pays 15.5m in 2021)
Juan Toscano-Anderson (1.1m, 2023)

BOS trades:
Marcus Smart (12.0m, 2022)

I think Smart is a small upgrade over Adams and is worth the slight increase in money next year (12m vs. 11m to extend Adams) and the worse positional fit on my team.

Confirm

With the extension of Tatum I have to move some future cap as I head into next season. Adams provides quality Rebound help for this season. Toscano-Anderson has some promise as cheap utility man in the future.

Will place roster move on Transaction board to make room for extra player
