League Status?

Whats the league status of BY? Ian has been inactive for 6 months, Drew inactive for 2 months, and Cliff who was maybe in charge (?) stepped down.

I have sent drew pm and email and clif a pm no response yet. I have asked some others running DNHL how we can get permissions in fantrax
