I would like to propose two new rules for the 2019 neo-pro draft:
- Start the draft 1 week earlier than WT transactions and not in the same day;
- Change the neo-pro definition in these terms:
"Neo-pro is a u23 rider who never spent a full season on a WT or pro-conti team"
to
"Neo-pro is a u23 rider who never spent a full season on a WT team"
As, since last year, there are more Pro Conti teams, including teams with a development purpose as Hagens Berman - Axeon. I feel this year is almost impossible to find 40 decent neos on Conti/U23 level to score next year at HC / WT level.
What do you guys think?
