Edm confirms.......... A lot has gone on since Slack won Mike Smith. I think the price is fair giving he is a starter and his salary is paid.I don't plan on resigning him but want o be competitive this year and moving forward. It also gives my minor bunch to mature for one yr. I don't think this deal sets me back a bunch and I will probly make a bid for Smith next yr.............depending on how he performs........
