Lucroy has not performed up to his contract so Philly went out and nabbed a big fish in Realmuto.  We give up young talent, especially Medina who we really liked to bring him in.  I feel I have a chance to win this year so I gave up the youth for a C upgrade.

Astros agree.  This is the first trade of my rebuild of the Astros.  I plan to rebuild them as I rebuilt the Angels between '13-'15.  I pick up 2 hitting specs with one already in the show and a young SP who could be a mainstay in my rotation for years to come.  Thanks for the negotiations and it's good to be back.
