You may have noticed that your (n/a) prospects who hit 40 GP this year were given contracts as (P-18/19) while the correct contract should have been (P-17/18) since the prospect contract rule states that the contract lasts for two years after the point they accumulate 40 NHL games played. This was pointed out to me and the reason it happened is because when I finished reviewing all 40 GP prospects I looked at the current longest prospect length in my spreadsheet, which was 17/18, and went with 18/19 without thinking it through. This led me to realize that I screwed up many prospect contracts last season, entering the expiration's as 17/18 when they should have been 16/17...
I went back and fixed everything. I apologize if you thought you had an extra year on your prospect deals! My bad...
