I know that I am not a part of the trade committee for this league, but as a die hard Yankee fan and having baseball being my favorite sport, I have to say this is a bad trade. Cano is 27, he is right in his prime and should be the number one 2B (a shallow position) for three or four years. Also, in fantasy he is going to be much better then Castro because of the team that he is playing on and the power numbers he can put up from that position. Castro should be a great player, but this is not a good trade. Then to give the better pick with Cano also, does not work for me. I understand you wanted a younger SS but too much is given up here.

I can't approve of this trade,

Billy: Your robbing yourslef giving up Cano...yeah his stats are down a little, but hes a time and time again proven 2B.  Tradeing him is like tradeing Alex Ovechin for Jeff Skinner.....Yeah Skinner is young and had a great year and Ove had a downward year as compared to previous years like Cano, but you gotta get more in return for Ove than just a young (possible star) and this applies to me here with Castro who you and I both would agree could be stellar, but key here is "could" and with Cano, you know he "is" a stud

Sorry boys, I don't mean to be a hard bum bum, I do see what your both thinking, but from a fantasy stand point I just can't do it and the picks just make it worse for me!...But thats my opinion!!
