Bids within 3 hrs of closing (ie. after the 45hr mark) rule introduced July 13, 2011 in post entitled "All GM's Please Read - Regarding Bidding - New Rule" - by BridgestoneGilly AKA Gilly  When a bid is within 3 hrs of closing and you choose to bid on that FA player, you must bid in an increment of 2.0m.    (Example:  John Doe's bid is at 2.0m on player XYZ with at the 46hr mark of bidding.  I must now bid 4.0m at least.)
