I thought that the general consensus was that we would use an objective standard such as seniority to decide these things going forward.

What we said is that my hiring should go internal first.  Seniority, activity, and performance all factor in here.  We may all have a bias here though. To me, I see great candidates across the board and will likely go to seniorty as the determining factor.

It is safe to say that Howe , Paul , Rick , Chris , and Daniel all have interest here.  I will have to make an executive decision here, so please give me your reasons as to why you should be hired/promoted.

Daniel is my leading vote this far with what he has done in Toronto.  This doesn't even include the factor that he bleeds Dodger blue.

For the sake of transparency, I think that you should share the reasons with the league why all of the candidates want to switch teams when issues like this come up.

I agree, but we are down to two GMs and they need to give their reasons.

I was just looking for little bit of a change. Dodgers have many good prospects and I like this league because you can watch prospects grow. Winning with a group that I put together would be even better.
I would have had a lot of mixed emotions had I won the job
