Coach's only responsibility would be the "Coach" of the team in setting up the lineup.  20% of the profit (payout - entry fee) for the team will go to you if you succeed.  In order to retain your job, you must be active and lead the team to the playoffs.  Any act to hurt the team intentionally would call for your dismissal.  It is a no risk job as you won't be responsible for any of the entry fee.  The Pens are currently 3-1 and 3rd out of 10 teams in the Eastern Conference.  I will be the acting GM of the team, will take suggestions from you, but I will have all GM powers to make moves to help you succeed.
