After reviewing all the information here is my verdict.New GMs will not be allowed to make extensions or trades and must abide by all rules and deadlines in the league.Reasons:1)We do not know when a GM will be coming in to join Toronto or Philly2) These teams will have large abundances of cash to toss around in free agency and create themselves a respectable team.3) Deadlines are deadlines and we should stick to them.4) Teams have made moves in respect to the free agents heading to market.5) In the real NHL if a team isn't put together well (see Ottawa), if the GM is fired the new GM coming in doesn't get special privileges.6) The previous GMs had their chance to re-sign free agents and chose not too.Just to clarify, we are not punishing GMs that are coming in as they both will be able, with activity and effort on their part, to construct respectable teams through free agency. Too bad this didn't happen sooner in our season where we found "bad" GMs but we have to do what we have to do. I am sure they will be good franchises and with the cash they have will be able to make huge moves in the off-season.Hopefully everyone can understand, Thanks Drew
