Philly get:

Tyler Seguin, $7.2m (2013-2017) (BLUES)

Minny get:

Kyle Turris, $1.6m (2012-2015) (PHILLY)
Magnus Paajarvi, $0.7m (2013-2015) (PHILLY)
Barrett Jackman, $1.7m (2012-2015) (BLUES)
Roman Josi, $3.3m (2013-2016) (BLUES)

Blues get:

Ryan Getzlaf, $7.7m (2013-2017) (MINNY)
1st Round pick from Philly via Vancouver (PHILLY)
3rd Round pick from Minny (MINNY)

A lot of moving pieces here. I didn't plan on trading Seguin but when the first initial offer came it opened the door. Might have taken a step back by including Josi but the pick will land me a top prospect as I have a very suspect minor league system.

Thanks for the efforts boys that was time consuming but fun!

Flyers agree. I'm all smiles on Seguin. Turris is good but was due a big raise at the end of the season. Giving up the #3 pick is a gamble but I feel the return was worth the price. I got a young budding star of a player and kept my stable of young talent. This looks like a good deal all around.

Doubt I need to hear Minny's version of why this trade works. I can figure it out, TY!

are the clear winner in this 3-way deal imo by cashing in Getzlaf and a 3rd rd pick for Turris, Josi, Paajarvi (a guy with potential, still) and a depth D with a reasonable but bigger than you'd like cap hit in Barrett Jackman what's not to love for Minnesota. Seguin is a scary monster and barely showing his full potential after several seasons and Ripper is busy in St.Louis adding high draft picks and replacing stud talent with more stud talent.

I was shopping Getzlaf because I felt that both Perry/Getzlaf next year would mean that I'd be dependent on Anaheim a lot. Like Josi and Turris going forward and looking to build the team with them involved for a foreseeable future.
