Diamond Fanatics II Sign-Up Sheet

Post here if you would like to join the Diamond Fanatics II league.  Below is a list of taken teams.  What is needed from you is the team you want, your 20 players from that team, and your email address that will be used for the league invite.  If you are uncomfortable posting your email address then feel free to PM it to tfence, the Commish.
