I sent you a message back on this but thought I would post here. 

I dont see how I am possibly over cap.  I have had 5.7 million in cap space for the last week.  In essence i only added 2.5 million to my cap today, because the Ruutu signing comes directly out of my cap hit. 

To top it off , I free'd up another .6 mill with the two buyouts. 

Is it possible that one of my players has not been counting since the beginning of the season???  But that doesnt really make sense either because I have had numerous other players added /removed prior to this.  I am just not seeing where I all of a sudden lost 6 mill in cap space....well i guess its more like  3 1/2 million since I know where 2 1/2 went.

I will do whatever I need to do to fix it but

The likelihood your team budget is off is going to be higher whenever a team is as active as your makes boat loads of moves. LOL 
It's going to happen man. That was the case with my Hawks at the end of Summer and I flipped a note to Pigs to correct the player count and cap which was higher in my case.

meh, i have actually been relatively quite since the first of the year.  I promoted 2 players and signed 2.  I would be fine with it if it was caught or rectified early in the season but its been a consistent amount from the start.  Its tough when you are basing transactions/signing etc on it and then top it off 3.5 mill is no small number that is a relatively productive player. 

The player count is not my problem the cap is.

here is question , how did fantrax allow my team to have over 30 players without my roster going illegal???

i looked back to when i had ruutu on my team and yup, somehow i am at 31 players.....

Taken care of.  Based on Vancouver's comments on Fantrax I think they hit the nail on the head and I dont have the time needed to properly run this team.  You can consider the team vacant and available for sale.

Think about it man, you're pissed when no one caught your overspending now your pissed that you've over spent.

Such an easy solution to this girly problem men. Cancel the last move that sent the over budget. Easy right.

I am not pissed(even though I found the Vancouver comment to be passive aggressive).  If I was pissed I would go out with a bunch of expletives.  As Vancouver pointed out I need to manage my own cap and admittedly I dont have the time to do that.  I work fulltime, I am basically working a 2nd job building countertops, I have a 2nd kid on the way.  My plate is full.

My goal when I joined to was to re-build the islanders to be a competitive team, it was never to be a permanent fixture in the league(pigs knows that).  I feel like that has been accomplished and my last few moves have actually weakened the team and were not well thought out.  Thats not how I like to play in leagues, so i think its best at this point I move on and let someone else run the team.

I am distracted and just not playing good fantasy hockey.  thats about it.

Pretty sure Vancouver is open and that was the Commish. You're doing a great job, I would take 5-2 any day of the week.
