- Lonzo Ball $18m 2026 ($11m paid 2023) from Spurs
- Jazz first 2023 from Spurs
- Knicks first 2023 from Pelicans via Spurs
- OKC second 2023 from Spurs

Spurs get
- Giannis Antetokounmpo $30m 2026 ($20m paid 2023, $10m paid 2024) from Bucks
- Pelicans first round 2023 from Pelicans

Pelicans get
- Lakers first 2023 from Spurs
- Lakers second 2024 from Spurs

Spurs were looking for a new franchise player after trading Dejounte Murray and LeBron James, so decided to spend Lonzo Ball and picks to acquire Giannis
