New York Knicks trade:
Trey Lyles $0.8m (2023)

Knicks do this as we are stacked at PF, C so Lyles won't get to play much. We like Lyles and both the Pistons and Kings recognized his value last season where he was great in about 20 minutes per game and ended #139 overall. We only have two SF eligible guys so it's additional depth there with NAW. We also like the upside better of NAW and are hoping the Utah Jazz staff can help his development even if it will be rough in the short term.

I accept this deal. I do this because Lyles fits my team as a bench piece as I plan on going for it. It also clears 3mil in cap as well. I have decent depth in my guards and this move helps have some insurance on my roster.
