on the transactions page, you'll find some open bids on Free Agent players.
refer to the FA bidding guidelines in the Rules section.
the last bid that stands for 48hrs wins the FA.

then you post a contract as outlined in the Rules section (of course).
in cases where there's an obvious contract, we'll post it as an option for the winning team to confirm.

also note, winning team's will have their logo attached to the post thread (unfortunately, that function is currently being fixed by the Profsl staff).
