2012 Entry Draft

As a heads up, the 2012 entry draft would start roughly 1 month prior to last season if we follow the current FGM rules (see below), because the MLB deadline to sign this year's draft picks is July 13th at 5:00 pm EDT.  In prior years, I believe that the deadline was August 15th.

Per the rules:

The annual entry draft starts at noon EST on the day after MLB's signing deadline for draftees.

We are going to keep ours the same as last years...I am trying not to change to much this year because of the MLB changes. Next season it will be different, as will player compensation.
