Red Wings GM stepping down

I am stepping down as Red Wings GM.  I just have too little time mostly because of my new baseball league PFBL.

I joined the league a few weeks ago and took the Edmonton Franchise as it was 1of 2 available.

Before a new LM takes over the Red Wings, do existing managers have an opportunity to change teams?

A current GM may take on a position elsewhere only if they have served for one full season with their current franchise.

unfortunately no...just the way it has to be to prevent cheaters and etc....I have made one exception much earlier in the season but am going to stick to my guns here.

So using this situation: if a GM steps down from Team A leaving a spot open, can another GM from Team B step down, then take over Team A? This avoids dual ownership and avoids that rule of cheating you had cited.

Nope. I believe their is a rule stating a GM must spend the full season before they change teams.  This includes if they quite, they'd be out of the league for the season and hoping for a team to open up/waiting list.

Yes that works however a new owner has taken over the team already. Currently the league is full. Accepted wait list teams.
