Hey guys. So I just now realized that Simon Spilak is taking part in this race. He wasn't on any of the startlists that I saw (and I did check other places than here), so I didn't put him on my team. I just now checked his box to add him to my roster, and I know that this is against the rules.
However, I think in cases where the startlists are incorrect, teams should be able to add people after the fact, ONLY IF they don't have full teams anyway. I know that the rule is in place to stop people from picking riders after they score more points than a rider that they initially picked, like an after the fact switch. This isn't allowed because it defeats the purpose of strategically picking people who you think will score more. However, in cases like these, there are no tactics involved because I don't have a full team of 8 anyway. If I had known that he was in it, then of course I would have picked him, because my team isn't full anyway.
What are your thoughts?
