I thought it was 48 hours, I think it is 72 in different leagues, more worried about the roster pages and make sure I have the appropriate salary, roster size, etc.

I don't think we even have an injured reserve (other than on fantrax, which doesn't mean anything other than points). Although it would be nice to save cap and roster space to actually have players playing like in your case.
