Palardy isn't likely a part of the Chargers needs this year, so taking a late pick next year clears up a roster spot and adds a lottery ticket.

Bates was my intended pick at 42, but I didn?t realize I was ever OTC. But I definitely do not want the auto pick above.

While looking at my spreadsheet as well. Jameson Taillon currently shows as me paying 5.5M in 2024 and I should only be paying 5.5 in 2023

I received 10M pd in 2023 and 6M pd in 2024. 

So if the release is paid over 2 years, I owe nothing, because the amount paid covers both amounts.

10M pd in 2023 covers the 7.5 cap hit
6M pd in 2024 covers the 5M cap hit.

Miami will offer the following RFA extensions for 2024-25 RFAs:

Anthony Edwards 6.6(2023-24) - RFA
#1 Rank = 30M x 1.2 = 36M per year. Starting in 2024-25 - 36(2027-28)

James Wiseman 7.3(2023-24) - RFA
#280 rank = 2.5M x 1.2 = 3M per year. Starting in 2024-25 - 3(2026-27)
