If you would like to waive please make the post. Otherwise you can also simply drop for free being under 1m. Or you can let me know on a different move to make room and keep Mitchell on NHL.

Note: Podkolzin was part of Toffoli LTIR replacement as well. In order to keep him on NHL roster and keep your cap legal I went ahead and resigned him as being Hayton's LTIR this time (0.4m short to keep him as non IR replacement at the moment). If you want to send him to minors or create another cap move please let me know I can readjust if needed

Covington was a better fit from a postion eligibility standpoint but extea year of control on Jackson cheap makes this worth it. I couldn't justify the high resign value on Convigton given my cap situation. if I did and tried to move in offseason feel like without paying I would not get same value as this deal.
