Perhaps a sticky thread in upper section with transactions, etc. Perhaps a subset on sticky threads by position group. Ex: Giants have OF and SP available for trade. I put who's available in each. That way, say the Pirates want a SP, the owner simply goes to thread entitled Pitchers, and go from there.
Just an idea to keep the boards clean. Personally, I don't think doing something similar with FA would be a bad idea, or at minimum, a separate thread for Trades Only, so the TC can look quickly to see if there are any trades they need to vote on..trades are too slow awaiting approval, and part of it may be due to getting lost among all the FA threads that seem to occur in bunches.
Just some feedback, as requested.

Giants confirm.
Parting with Bundy is very difficult, to say the least. But, coupled with yesterday's trade with the Jays, this moves gives me a fighting chance to do some damage this year and hopefully in the playoffs, so in for a penny, in for a pound. With Starlin, being only 22 and under team control for several years, having the SS position cemented in for awhile, along with the trade for Hill yesterday, my middle infield just got a whole lot better.
With the acquisition of Liariano and Jannsen, I get a sorely needed body at SP, and a closer to finish the year, until hopefully Wilson returns next year or Hembree moves up. Lopez give me some backup if needed. Moving Fukudome and Kennedy keeps me under the 40 man roster limit, and both were basically ineffective all year.

Thanks for the quick response Kenny.
I'd be more than willing to help if we go the manual work. Personally, I believe since the divisions send the winner to the playoffs, the schedule should be heavier with the division play. Good to know re: Houston.

In looking at the schedule we had/have this year, a couple of questions have come to mind:
1. In the rules it states we will have a 20 game schedule, yet in Fantrax it shows a 22 game regular season schedule. Here is the info from the rules: Regular Season There will be twenty regular season head to head matchups, each lasting for one week, with the exception of extended weeks for Opening Week and All Star Week. The week will begin on Monday and end on Sunday. Which is correct?
2. I haven't reviewed any other teams schedule, but the Giants. Some interesting info: the Giants schedule includes 2 games with 6 teams not in the West Division, but only 1 game with West Division foes. Additionally, the Giants didn't see two of it's division rivals (Ariz and LA) until weeks 14 and 15, perhaps too late for some teams. That doesn't make sense to me.
Would we as a league not want each team to play it's own division foes at least 2-3 times during the regular season? Now I know the schedule won't and shouldn't be changed for this season, but in the future, wouldn't it be better to have a schedule where each team plays it's own division foes two to three times, and all other teams once? If Houston moves to the AL next year (?), then each league would have 15 teams, with 3 divisions of 5 each. Each team could play it's own division rival three times (say early, middle, and late in the season), and the other teams once, for a total of a 22 game schedule (12 vs division + 10).
I would think/hope we all agree that the scheduling needs to be looked at more closely for future years, and to create more emphasis on winning your division. Playing each division rival 3 times would help ensure the true division winner, IMO.
Feedback would be appreciated.
