The purpose of this board is to archive all rule discussions. Many times a rule will have a valuable discussion regarding changes. The discussions offer assenting opinions and disagreements. It will be nice to reference these discussions for clarity in further rule disputes.
Also, new members can read the discussions if they don't understand why a rule amendment was made.
