cleveland has agreed to these terms we trade away a couple of 2012 picks & our 2nd round amateur draft selection, but ellis is better then our current 2b

Eillis's contract expires in 2013 and we won't be competing this year, so this deal is a no-brainer.  I think we got solid minor league value for a player who has zero value to our organization.
