Title: Astros Roster Moves

Houston makes the following roster moves

Place P Fernando Abad on Irrevocable Outright Waivers and if he clears leave him in AAA

Place P Mark Lowe on the 40-man roster but leave in AAA

Place C Evan Gattis on the 40-man roster but leave in AA
