Title: Answering Trades

Hey guys,

No biggie here just requesting that if you don't like my offers please just say no thanks as there isnt hard feelings, reason i ask is the guys i send in the offers i would use with another gm but cant till you answer! 

Again no biggie and no names here mentioned, just spend a lot of time on the offers and want to move on!

In response to this, it is a requirement in the general managers code of conduct to answer pms from other gms even if it is with a simple "no thanks"
