Here are a list of penalties for various violations since they have not been spelled out in this league.

(B) Below OR Over Cap (1 week warning in effect after which penalty will be levied) = Lose Highest draft pick or at the discretion of the league commissioner(s) lose a player from active roster or receive $1.0m cap penalty for season if over cap or lose top rated MiLR player.
note: owners need some time to comply but given this is a salary cap league, the penalty must be severe.

NEXT PENALTY
The next penalty for failure to get within the 2012-13 FNHL Salary Cap limit will be loss of player(s) from active roster to achieve that cap limit.
