After some discussion with co-commissioner hockeyfreak47 / :PHO: we are pleased to announce Jonathan will be assuming control of the :WAS-NHL: Washington Capitals.
Jonathan leaves behind the :STL-NHL: St.Louis Blues which he helped to rehabilitate over the past season.
footnote: The previous owner of Washington has been removed from FNHL and will likely be banned due to inactivity (in numerous leagues).
