Giving him the league min (obviously) at $0.2m per year for 2 years.
Total gamble here, but whatever, can buy him out if he doesn't pan out!

PS - As you'll notice with the time stamp, I changed the icon and stuff AFTER this post. (Didn't want it sitting around and this will make your job easier to process ASAP anyways.
