Peverley is listed as C on Fantrax and the bidding on Cs doesn't open until Aug 26th.

izaman3 + cloud91 are correct in that this is an Invalid Player as a Center.

FA Centers get un-locked for FA bidding 0h01 ET on Aug.26.
