This is something that I am having my leagues discuss as well at the completion of the season.

But MLB does not allow relievers to be given compensation picks in between rounds. This should be something that we should consider here as well. RP's barely score and dont have any value. Its quite ridiculous to allow an RP to give you a good pick.

Just my opinion.

It is an arbitrage situation IMO.  I have been taking full advantage of it by picking up cheap relievers to get Type A/B picks.  This should be part of the conversation for 2014 as we will be changing the system a year in advance.

I would like to change this as well as part of the 2014 draft overhaul.
