per the league's established rules, i've now posted 24hrs notice for :EDM: to sign and promote this and another player. there has been sufficient time allowed for the team to take action.

we will allow bid on this player in a new thread if the 24hrs window expires 8/16 23h29 ET.

as this player has been released to free agency, a new thread can be created to officially open bidding.
