These rules are not in text, but are part of the unsaid rulebook...
1) Draft picks may only be traded for the upcoming entry draft. For example, 2011 draft picks may not be traded until after the 2010 draft is complete.
2) Franchise GM playoffs format, divisional alignment follows that of MLB
Anything else?
-
we really need to add that about the Entry Draft! for-sure!!
-
Other rules...
GM Job Change
A current GM may take on a position elsewhere only if they have served for one full season with their current franchise. The 2009 short season counts as a full season.
EDR Amendment
A player that is acquired by a team outside of the draft may be put on the EDR if that player 1) has never been on a Franchise GM roster before AND 2) was drafted in real life by that franchise.
^ Ben and M.J. have brought this up in their EDR transfers ^

Any comments before I pass this one manually?

The first two items in this thread were rules that were intended but not yet included in the official rules page - I'm not sure the same can be said for rules in the following posts.

The GM job changes was intended, and the EDR Transfer Amendment is something that we have already treated in EDR transfers. The schedule format is a method to work with the new scoring system in order to assign 0-7 wins in a scoring period, so that when all of the scoring periods are added up and a random number (0 or 1) is added, the total games will be 162. I would automatically pass everything but that one.

These rules have already been followed by the staff, but are not set in the rules. Fellow RC members (this includes you Roy), please approve and comment if necessary.
